This policy explains how Premier Sea View Apartments (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you use this website, in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
- Details you give us in our forms: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, message, preferred viewing date and time, and the apartment you ask about.
- Your consent to be contacted and the version of this policy you agreed to.
- A one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used only to stop spam and abuse. We cannot turn it back into your IP address.
- The page you sent the form from, and campaign tags in links you followed (such as “utm_source”), so we know which adverts and shares work.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings and discuss apartments you are interested in.
- To keep records of reserve-interest requests. These requests are not reservations.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse.
We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only our sales team and the service providers that host this website and send our emails, under agreements that require them to protect it.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting sale, and to meet legal obligations. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw consent. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond within the time required by law. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
