Frequently Asked Questions

What apartment types are available?

Premier Sea View Apartments offers studio/bedsitter, one-bedroom and two-bedroom categories. Individual unit availability may change.

Can I arrange a physical viewing?

Yes. Submit a preferred date and time and the team will confirm the appointment; submitting the form does not guarantee a slot.

Does submitting a reservation request secure the apartment?

No. Online requests express interest only. Any hold, contract or allocation must be separately agreed and confirmed by the sales team.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Pets are welcome. Keep them on a lead in shared areas, clean up after them, and you are responsible for any damage they cause.

Is there a management fee?

Yes. Every apartment pays a management fee of KES 3,000 a month towards running the building. The sales team can explain what it covers.

Are the images actual photographs?

Each image is labelled as a photograph, architectural rendering or illustrative stock image. Confirm unit details with the sales team.

Can I view the floor plans?

Available floor plans appear on each apartment page as images and/or downloadable PDFs.
